Individual Counselling


With the knowledge that therapy is not "one-size-fits-all," Compassion Counselling Services use both evidence-based techniques and creative therapeutic modalities. To understand your current issues and how to achieve goals, we will work together to explore your life experiences, behaviours, thoughts and basic beliefs. Together, we will be able to pinpoint the behavioural and thought patterns that prevent you from achieving the level of health and happiness you desire. Compassion Counselling Services will help you to develop the inner strength and coping mechanisms necessary to do so.

Online Therapy

I offer sessions online Monday’s and Thursday’s between 9am-5pm.

In person sessions are at the Fergus Naturopathic Clinic on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s between 10am-5:30pm. Please contact me for more information.

Pricing

15 min. Consultations

$0

Sessions are 15 minutes and are either done through a phone call or online. This gives you the time to ask me any questions, for me to explain my approach, and for us to decide if we are a good fit.

Individual Counselling

$155 HST incl.

Sessions are 50 mins and are currently online through a safe and secure online portal. The first session goes through an intake form, deciding your personalized treatment and goals for therapy. Pricing is the same for in person or online.
